  • Refunds are available for games purchased within the last 14 days

  • The game must have been played for less than 2 hours

  • Pre-ordered games can be refunded at any time prior to release

2. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • In-game purchases

  • Games that violate our fair use policy

  • Banned or suspended accounts

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Log into your Gamewave account

  • Go to your purchase history

  • Select the game you wish to refund

  • Choose "Request Refund" and follow the prompts

4. Processing Time

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of this policy in special circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues preventing game play

  • Fraudulent purchases
